It has the task to guarantee the mens fundatoris and to interpret the Constitutions accordingly. It has an animating and inspirational function trough taking up and deliberating the currents of life and contributions of all the territories.

The General Chapter accepts the reports of the international and territorial leaders, the founding delegates and expert bodies, discusses and decides correctly tabled motions and topics, promulgates the international Constitutions, and elects the International Leadership Council.
